The suites also range in number of bedrooms including 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and even 4 bedroom suites. All suites originally came with 1 parking space and 1 locker. Maintenance fees run approximately $0.85 per square foot but this includes water, building insurance, parking and common elements. Heat, hydro, central air conditioning are separate and can be controlled internally in each suite.About The Building:To enter the building you must pass through a grand 3 storey archway, and after you pass through you have on the north end a large courtyard with a tiered building starting at 10 storeys and going down to 6 storeys, then to the south there is a 24 storey tower.
